Finish the SAVE Act (“we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you add your name, why, and your choices. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

When you sign, we collect your email address (required), and optionally your name and state if you provide them, plus the date you signed. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are not a bot; it may process limited technical data for that purpose. We do not knowingly collect any other personal information.

How we use it

We use your email to record your petition signature and to send you a single confirmation email. If you check the consent box, we may also send occasional updates about this campaign. Your state, if provided, is used only to show a state-level signature count and to point you to your senators.

We do not sell your information

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we will never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors strictly to operate the site: Supabase stores the signature list, Resend sends our emails, and Cloudflare provides bot protection. They process data only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time. To have your information removed entirely, email us at the address below and we will delete it.
